Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking Diesel Technicians to maintain and repair equipment in a fast-paced environment. You’ll interact with customers and drivers to keep travels safe and efficient.

The role involves troubleshooting light mechanical issues across wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, and engine components, plus performing preventative maintenance and roadside services. A rotating day/night schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues as listed in job functions.
• Assist customers with roadside services.
• Provide preventative maintenance services.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds; work in varied temperatures.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters
• Always put safety and customer satisfaction first, complying with safety policies and procedures
• Work a rotating schedule between day and night
• Obtain a medical card through DOT (paid by Love’s)
