Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Diesel Technicians to diagnose and repair light mechanical systems, assist drivers, and perform preventative maintenance in a fast-paced environment. You will move between day and night shifts, maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Eligible applicants should be able to lift 75+ pounds, work in varying temperatures, and pursue a DOT medical card with Love’s support.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in close quarters
• Work a rotating day/night schedule
• DOT medical card eligibility (paid by Love’s)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services and safety checks
• Provide preventative maintenance services to keep vehicles on the road
