Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking Diesel Technicians to work in a fast-paced shop, performing maintenance and repairs while interacting with customers and drivers from across the country. You will be part of a team focused on keeping vehicles safe and on the road, with a strong emphasis on service quality.

The role requires lifting heavy parts, rotating day/night shifts, and adhering to safety policies. Love’s covers training and benefits, including tuition assistance and career development

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Move, lift 75+ pounds and work in various temperatures
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction per company policies
• Work a rotating day/night schedule as needed
• Possess ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s)
