Job summary

Allstate Peterbilt Group in West Salem, WI is hiring a Diesel Technician/Service Technician for the 3:30pm–midnight shift at Peterbilt of La Crosse. You will diagnose, repair and overhaul diesel engines and driveline components using state-of-the-art tools; training and advancement opportunities are strong.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, good attendance, and basic computer skills. Multiple benefit options are provided.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license required.
Dependable and reliable attendance required.
Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

Use state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to identify root causes of failures.
Determine services required to repair and perform failure analysis.
Complete repairs and rebuilds/overhauls on diesel engines.
Diagnose and repair driveline and chassis components (clutches, hubs, differentials, brakes, transmissions).
Follow OEM procedures to complete complex repairs and identify needed parts and tools.
