Job summary

Allstate Peterbilt Group, the upper Midwest’s leading Peterbilt dealer, is seeking a Diesel Technician/Service Technician. You will diagnose, repair, and rebuild diesel engines and driveline components using advanced equipment while upholding service quality across our network of locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Dependable and reliable attendance.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to determine root cause of system failures.
• Determine services required to repair and perform failure analysis.
• Complete repairs and rebuilds/overhauls on diesel engines.
• Perform diagnostic and repairs on driveline and chassis components including clutches, hubs, differentials, fifth wheels, suspension, brakes, transmissions, and other repairs.
• Apply OEM documented procedures and policies to complete complex repairs.
