Job summary

All Fleet Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a diesel service technician to diagnose and repair semi-trucks and trailers across the metro area. You will work with your own tools and maintain detailed service records while traveling to customer sites.

The role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance), two weeks vacation from day one, and a company service truck to drive home. On-call rotations and 24/7/365 support are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with truck/trailer repairs.
• Your own tools (not provided).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Capable of passing a drug test, DOT physical, and MVR check.
• Customer-first attitude and professional demeanour.
• Flexibility for 24/7/365 support and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair semi-trucks, trailers, and more.
• Service brake systems, electrical, suspensions, lighting, tires, and diagnostics.
• Perform field repairs across the metro, including downtown and industrial areas.
• Maintain detailed records of parts and services.
