Job summary

All Fleet Inc. is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic or Truck Technician to service and repair semi-trucks and trailers. You will diagnose issues, inspect suspensions, steering, exhaust systems, and perform test drives to ensure everything runs smoothly, with detailed service records.

This role requires owning your tools, a valid Driver’s License, and the ability to pass Drug, MVR, and DOT Physical tests. We offer top pay, weekly pay, health/dental/vision, 401K, generous vacation from day one,

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of semi-trucks and trailers.
Experience with maintenance tools and repair equipment.
Comfort with both mechanical and electrical tools.
You’ll need to have your own tools.
A valid Driver’s License.
Ability to pass a Drug Test, MVR, and DOT Physical.
A strong commitment to great customer service.
Professionalism and a keen eye for detail.
Flexibility: 24/7 operation with varying shifts and on‑call duties.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair issues on semi‑trucks, trailers, and more.

Test drive vehicles to ensure everything’s running smoothly.
Fix or replace parts like lights, brakes, air systems, tires, and electrical components.
