CMA's Williamsburg Ford in Williamsburg, VA is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to diagnose and repair Power Stroke and 6.7L diesel powertrains, with emphasis on advanced diagnostics and reliable repairs.

The role offers $43.00–$58.00 per hour based on experience and certification, plus up to $10,000 sign-on and training bonus for qualified Ford Diesel Master Technicians. Join a high-volume shop with strong leadership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diesel experience in a dealership or heavy-duty shop.
• Ford diesel certifications preferred; CMA will support completing missing ones.
• Strong diagnostics and a fix-first-time mindset.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Virginia State Inspection License preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Power Stroke and Ford diesels, including fuel, emissions, and turbo systems.
• Run advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics using Ford tools.
• Perform warranty, recall and customer-pay repairs to Ford/dealer standards.
• Document diagnostics and repairs accurately on first attempt.
• Mentor apprentices and mid-level techs on diesel work.
• Keep bays and shop areas safe, clean and organized.
