Hansel Ford of Napadealership is seeking motivated technicians to join a growing service team at a new Ford store backed by a stable automotive group with multiple brands. You will work on Ford Power Stroke diesel engines, diesel drivability, fuel systems, emissions, and turbochargers using Ford diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• Ford Certified Technician and/or Ford Diesel Certification is a Huge Plus!!
• Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, fuel systems, and heavy‑duty trucks is highly preferred!
• ASE Certificates
• Have the highest level of workmanship
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety focused
• Pass a drug test
• Pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Examines customer vehicles
• Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Estimates cost of repairs
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Perform diesel fuel system, turbocharger, cooling system, aftertreatment, and emissions repairs
• Utilize Ford diagnostic software and scan tools to troubleshoot electrical, drivability, and performance concerns
• Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines
• Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines
• Great working demeaner with co-workers
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
• Participates in required training
• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations
• Complies with Company policies and procedures
• Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
