Bulk Environmental in Smyrna, GA is seeking a General Technician to inspect, diagnose and repair diesel-powered vehicles and heavy equipment. You will run diagnostic tests, replace engines or transmissions, and test systems to ensure proper operation.

The role requires at least 1 year with diesel engines, experience with DPF and automatic transmissions, and the ability to work in the field on a changing schedule. You must supply basic tools; heavier shop tools are provided.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience with diesel engines.
• Experience with modern diesel engines, DPF systems, and automatic transmissions.
• Experience with hydraulic systems on heavy equipment.
• Own his small tools; heavier tools provided by the company.
• Experience with diagnostic tools/software is a plus (JPRO, DAVIE4, Cummins INSITE, SERVICE RANGER).
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Ability to work a changing schedule and in the field when required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repairs on a fleet of diesel engines, DPF systems, and automatic transmissions.
• Perform air brake system, differential, and axle repairs on the fleet.
• Repair hydraulic systems and tractor-trailer wet kits on fleet vehicles.
• Communicate with shop leadership for repair details and parts requests.
• Conduct complete vehicle inspections during repairs.
• Complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to OSHA rules.
