Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Two years of classroom/field training or experience in mechanical repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties on heavy-duty vehicles.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic tools.
• Performs preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
• Interacts with drivers to determine the nature of the complaint and required repairs.
• Uses Shop Management System and documents work performed.
