Job summary

Fraza & Vitan Equipment is hiring an experienced Diesel Technician to service forklifts and material handling equipment at customer locations. This is a mobile role using a company-provided service vehicle.

No shop work and no weekends. Travel daily to customer sites to diagnose and repair equipment; perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues; service batteries and chargers; document work performed and follow safety

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working on forklifts, heavy equipment or auto.
• Strong diagnostic skills.
• Safety-focused and self-directed.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites to diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Service and install batteries, chargers, and related equipment.
• Document work performed and follow safety procedures.
