Job summary

Fraza & Vitan Equipment is hiring an experienced Diesel Technician to service forklifts and material handling equipment at customer sites. This is a mobile role using a company-provided service vehicle, with no shop work and no nights or weekends.

Travel daily to customer locations to diagnose and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and document work performed. Compensation includes hourly pay, possible commissions, and a $1500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working on forklifts or heavy equipment.
• Strong diagnostic skills.
• Safety-focused and self-directed.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites to diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Service and install batteries, chargers, and related equipment.
• Document work performed and follow safety procedures.
