Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Technician - B to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our fleet to ensure peak performance and compliance with DOT regulations. Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform Medium-Level Repairs – Conduct clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after-treatment maintenance, and other mid-level repairs.
  2. Comprehensive Diagnostics – Troubleshoot and repair engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, and electrical components.
  3. Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Conduct inspections and repairs in adherence to DOT and company safety standards.
  4. Streamline Maintenance Processes – Collaborate with parts specialists and management to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  5. Commit to Continuous Learning – Stay updated with industry advancements through OEM training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years as a diesel technician.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance.
    • Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality, time, and cost guidelines.
    • Strong diagnostic skills across vehicle systems.
