Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Diesel Apprentices to join our team in Pennsylvania. You will start in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and learn how to diagnose and repair diesel systems while keeping the working area safe and clean.

No prior professional experience is required; we provide training to teach you electrical diagnostics, air systems, brakes, and more. You’ll interact with drivers and customers, and you may rotate between day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Candidates with mechanical aptitude encouraged to apply.
• No prior professional experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
• Willingness to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with roadside services
• Learn preventative maintenance services
• Move/lift 75+ pounds, work in varying temperatures
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Rotate day/night shifts as needed
• Possess ability to obtain a DOT medical card (paid by Love’s)
