Republic Services, Inc. is offering a Technician Apprenticeship program for entry level technicians. The two-year training includes hands-on shop experience, mentorship, and progression toward a certified technician.

Training starts with nine weeks in Dallas, TX, followed by fourteen months of on‑the‑job training and potential advancement within the fleet. Upon completion, graduates are positioned for a full‑time technician role at Republic Services.

• The Apprenticeship will train an entry level technician over two years in electrical diagnosis, air conditioning and heating components, wheel end assemblies, air systems, air brakes, hydraulics and truck preventative maintenance.
