Qualifications

• Experience with diesel engines and heavy‑duty vehicles.
• Ability to read schematics for electrical and air systems.
• Proficient in diagnostics and repairs per manufacturer specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Run diagnostic tests and analyze results.
• Repair or replace vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions, and braking systems.
• Work with engines, transmissions, differentials, A/C and suspensions.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify deficiencies.
• Read schematics for electrical and air systems.
• Develop technical skills through training opportunities.
• Test equipment after repair to ensure proper performance and compliance with specs.
• Maintain shop cleanliness.
