Job summary

Roberts International Trucks in Claxton, GA is seeking an experienced diesel technician for an on-site maintenance facility. This full-time position offers top level pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will perform repairs per policy, document work on repair orders, interface with dealer systems, and maintain high safety and quality standards while supporting fellow technicians and DOT inspections as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and safety-conscious with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Experience with diesel engines and heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks in compliance with Roberts International Trucks policies and Best Practices.
• Accurate completion of repair orders and notes on repairs.
• Interface with dealer computer systems; use Navistar Service Portal for diagnostics.
• Support other technicians to ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain required skills including state inspector (DOT) readiness.
