Job summary

Excel Truck Group in Rock Hill, SC is seeking Diesel Technicians for 1st and 2nd shifts. This role offers growth on the ground floor of a regional expansion with the stability of a proven leader, earning $55,000 to $90,000 per year, paid hourly, plus a monthly performance bonus and a $400/month second-shift differential.

We provide comprehensive paid training, OEM programs, and opportunities to advance within a family-owned dealer that has supported Freightliner since 1981.

Qualifications

• Experience with diesel engines and preventive maintenance.
• CDL and state inspections certification preferred.
• Own tools required.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled maintenance on diesel trucks.
• Ideally certified to perform State Inspections and CDL.
• Prepares shop work orders on equipment repair.
• Maintains clean shop and surroundings.
• Promotes cooperation and teamwork.
• Willing to train and maintain certifications.
