Covenant Transport, Inc. is seeking a Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on class 8 equipment. Shift times: Monday - Friday 0800-1700; Sunday - Thursday 1600-0100.

This role requires owning the necessary tools, reading and writing English, and lifting up to 50 lb regularly and 95 lb to mount tires. The package includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, health benefits, a 401(k) match, PTO, and other company perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Understand, communicate, read, and write the English language.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and 95 lbs frequently to mount tires.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on class 8 equipment within employee current skill level.
• Inspect equipment during the repair process to determine if additional repairs are necessary.
• Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of Covenant Transport Services.
