Job summary

Hirschbach in Memphis, TN is seeking a Diesel Tractor Technician to diagnose and repair our fleet, mainly Freightliner trucks, plus Kenworth and International models. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and adhere to safety and quality standards while recording work and parts used.

We offer up to $35.51/hour based on experience, weekly pay, and 3 weeks of PTO from day one. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability, a 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

1–2+ years' experience in fleet maintenance or recent tech program.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair our fleet, primarily Freightliner trucks, plus Kenworth and Internationals.
Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
Record repairs, parts used and warranty details accurately.
Follow safety and quality standards in every job.
Communicate clearly with drivers and fleet management.
Maintain knowledge of diesel tech through ongoing training.
