ACTS Fleet Maintenance, Inc. in Knoxville, TN is hiring experienced Diesel Technicians to service medium and heavy-duty commercial trucks and fleet vehicles both in the shop and at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Diesel Technician or related roles such as Diesel Mechanics, Fleet Technicians, or Heavy Truck Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines.
• Troubleshoot electrical, emissions, and aftertreatment systems.
• Repair brake, steering, suspension, driveline, and transmission systems.
• Use OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools and software.
• Complete inspections and repair documentation accurately.
• Verify repairs through testing and quality inspections.
• Support customers via shop and mobile service.
• Diagnose and repair equipment at customer locations.
• Operate independently and manage daily service calls.
• Deliver professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe and organized mobile work environment.
