Transteck, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift Diesel Technician at the Lebanon Freightliner dealership. Salary ranges from $40,000 to $100,000 per year, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must provide own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Determine cause of malfunction; use manufacturers approved troubleshooting guides or service manuals.
• Promote sales of labor, parts, and accessories to meet customer needs.
• Perform repairs using recommended procedures, tools, and equipment.
• Document work performed and applicable technical information.
• Note additional needed work and obtain approval before proceeding.
• Keep customer vehicles clean and maintain organized workspace.
• Order parts according to dealership procedures.
• Return warranty cores promptly.
