Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Diesel Technicians to join our fast-paced team. You will troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, assist customers with roadside services, and perform preventative maintenance to keep trucks and vehicles on the road.

This role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, ability to work rotating day/night shifts, and a commitment to safety. We offer tuition assistance, benefits after 30 days, PTO, and a path for career growth in a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.
• Assist customers with roadside services.
• Provide preventative maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love's)
