Job summary

Rechtien International Trucks is seeking experienced and dependable mechanics to join our team at our Ft. Lauderdale location. The position is Full-Time, with Monday–Friday shifts (1st or 2nd).

CDL is a plus, and a flat-rate pay structure is in place with 20 hours guaranteed for the first 90 days. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including fully paid basic life insurance, disability insurance, and a 401K with matching contributions.

Qualifications

• Must possess: diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform mechanical repairs on International brand medium to heavy-duty trucks.
• Flat Rate Paid, 20 hours guaranteed for the first 90 days.
• CDL license is a plus.

• Competent technical knowledge and experience to effectively diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform mechanical repairs on International® Brand medium to heavy duty trucks:

• Highly motivated, detail oriented technician with a “can do” attitude.
• Ability to produce quality work in a Flat Rate structure environment.
• Position is Full Time, Monday-Friday, 1st Shift or 2nd Shift
• CDL License is a plus!
