• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.

Diesel Tech - $24/hr

We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined Mobile Technician / Shop Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and contractor equipment in both billable and warranty settings. What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Basic knowledge of small engines, diesel engines, hydraulic systems, or electrical systems is preferred
• Welding experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Entry-level applicants are welcome - tools will be provided

Work Environment

• Indoor shop environment with occasional mobile service work
• Fast-paced setting with a variety of repair assignments
• Frequent use of diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move equipment and parts as needed
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to work around machinery, grease, oil, and varying shop temperatures
• Ability to safely operate shop equipment and tools
