Job summary

Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores in Perrysburg, OH is hiring Diesel Technicians to troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and assist roadside services. Expect to interact with customers and drivers throughout shifts while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds in close quarters and work in various temperatures
• Ensure safety and customer satisfaction by following company safety policies and procedures
• Work a rotating schedule alternating between day and night shifts
• Possess a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s)

Job Functions:

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
