Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Diesel technician school or technical training is optional.
• Experience with semi-truck repair, fleet maintenance, or heavy equipment repair preferred.
• CDL is a plus but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic required.
• 18+ months diesel repair or mechanical experience preferred for advanced roles.
• Ability to work in a shop and collaborate with a team.
• Must own a basic set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair on diesel trucks (Mack, Volvo, and other makes).
• Complete preventative maintenance and inspections on heavy‑duty trucks.
• Repair and service brakes, suspension, electrical, and emissions systems.
• Accurately document all repairs, parts, and labor.
• Work closely with service advisors and service managers.
• Deliver high-quality, efficient repairs while maintaining productivity.
• Provide excellent customer-focused service.

We are hiring Diesel Technicians / Truck Technicians to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on new and late-model semi-trucks. This role is ideal for candidates with experience or interest in diesel engine repair, heavy-duty truck maintenance, and fleet service.

We are actively hiring at all experience levels, including:

• Entry-level / recent tech school graduates
• Mid-level technicians with hands-on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair on diesel trucks (Mack, Volvo, and other makes)
• Complete preventative maintenance and inspections on heavy-duty trucks
• Repair and service:
• Brake systems, suspension, electrical, and emissions systems
• Accurately document all repairs, parts, and labor
