Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Diesel Technicians to maintain trucks in a fast-paced environment at our Monroe Township, OH location. You will troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, assist customers with roadside services, and perform preventative maintenance to keep vehicles on the road.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting light mechanical issues relevant to trucks and vehicle components.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and drivers.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love's)
