What You'll Do

As a Service Technician, you’ll be the heart of our mission- helping customers diagnose, repair, and restore heavy-duty equipment. Your work will include:

• Diagnosing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing aerial lift equipment including telehandlers, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and more
• Collaborating with customers and vendors to provide top-tier solutions
• Performing both in-house and field repairs

Are You the Right Fit?

• Do you have 3-5 years' experience working withheavy equipment?
• Do you have experience working onaerial and telehandler equipment?
• Are you skilled introubleshooting, failure analysis, and basic hydraulic principles?
• Are you able towork independentlywith minimal or no guidance?
• Are you able toread assembly manuals, drawings, and schematics?
• Do you have a valid driver's license?
• Are you in good physical condition (the ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8 consecutive hours)?
• Do you have the ability to communicate well with customers and have a strong sense of urgency?
