Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with heavy and medium-duty vehicle repairs.
• Valid CDL Class A preferred; must obtain CDL within 6 months of hire.
• Must pass Ryder's drug test, DOT physical, road test, and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Complete inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.

Benefits and Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $27.00 per hour
• Certification Bonus: $100 per new ASE certification, up to $700
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 per quarter
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,750 at 30 days and $1,750 at 90 days
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends off
• Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (First Shift)
