Job summary

Consolidated Truck Parts & Service of Lafayette, LA is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to join our team. We perform bumper-to-bumper repairs for trucks and equipment, and value hands-on problem solving and teamwork.

You will diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and truck systems; perform safety inspections and preventive maintenance; communicate with service advisors; complete work orders; maintain a clean, safe workspace; and participate in ongoing training.

Consolidated Truck Parts & Service is looking for an experienced Diesel Technician to join our team! We work on bumper-to-bumper repairs for light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and equipment. Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience (preferred)
  
• High school diploma or GED (required)
  
• Valid driver's license (required); CDL a plus or willingness to obtain
  
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Must be team-oriented and customer-focused
