Qualifications

• 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL a plus or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be team-oriented and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and other truck systems.
• Perform safety inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and fellow technicians.
• Accurately complete work orders and documentation.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Participate in continuous training and improvement initiatives.
