- Hourly Pay: $30.00 per hour
- Certification Bonus: $100 for each new ASE Certification obtained, up to $700
- Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 every quarter, four times per year
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends off
- Hours: Second shift, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Vocational or technical certifications preferred
- Basic tools required
- Experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines, including:
- Routine preventive maintenance (oil changes, brake, tire work)
- Basic diagnostics and repairs (AC and electrical systems)
- Three or more years of relevant experience preferred
- Valid CDL Class A preferred
- All other certifications required by location
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with heavy and medium-duty equipment repairs and diagnostics
- Knowledge of computer skills (PC, Windows, mouse, etc.)
Driving Requirements
- Must be able to obtain CDL within 6 months of hire
- Pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, background check, and motor vehicle check

Responsibilities
- Vehicle maintenance and repair, including:
- Standard and preventive maintenance
- Diagnosing mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic tools
- Performing detailed inspections and repairs with minimal supervision
- Replacing defective components
- Working unsupervised on most tasks
- Facility maintenance duties
- Interacting with customers/drivers to determine issues
- Using shop management systems and documentation
- Adhering to safety and compliance guidelines
- Mentoring Tech 1 and Tech 2 levels
- Accessing maintenance documents
- Supporting operations as needed, including service island support
- Completing OEM diagnostic courses as required
