Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops in Mississippi is seeking Diesel Technicians to diagnose and repair light mechanical issues, assist with roadside services, and perform preventative maintenance for a busy network of travel stops.

The role requires physical ability to lift 75+ pounds, rotating day/night shifts, safety‑first attitude, and potential to obtain a DOT medical card. Benefits include tuition assistance, PTO, 401(k) match, and comprehensive health plans.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Move, lift 75+ pounds and work in close quarters; and operate in various temperatures
• Always prioritize safety and customer satisfaction following company safety policies
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s)

Job Functions:
