Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Diesel Technicians in Brunswick, GA. You will troubleshoot and repair light mechanical systems, assist customers with roadside services, and provide preventive maintenance in a fast-paced environment with friendly drivers from across the region.

This role requires physical effort (lifting 75+ pounds) and a willingness to work rotating day/night shifts, with opportunities for growth and company-paid DOT medical card training.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues (wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, engine components)
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Move, lift 75+ pounds in close quarters and work in varying temperatures
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction per safety policies and procedures
• Work a rotating schedule that includes day and night shifts
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s)

Job Functions:

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components

• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.

• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.


• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
