• Strong interest in diesel technology, heavy equipment, and hands-on problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn, work hard, and grow alongside experienced technicians.
• Commitment to completing classroom and internship requirements.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must pass a DOT physical and renew certification annually.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel-powered equipment through a combination of classroom instruction and paid internships.
• Develop technical skills while working alongside dealership technicians.
• Apply classroom knowledge in a real-world service environment.
• Attend and actively participate in all required college courses throughout the program.
• Complete required internship hours while maintaining dependable attendance and professionalism.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and maintain a driving record that meets company Motor Vehicle Records requirements throughout employment.
