Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on diesel technician experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience servicing John Deere construction or forestry equipment; John Deere training or certifications a strong plus.
• Ability to diagnose diesel engines, hydraulic/electrical systems, and mechanical components.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Proficient with diagnostic software, service manuals, and computerized diagnostic tools.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain diesel-powered construction and heavy equipment in a shop environment.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostics to identify malfunctions and determine repairs.
• Inspect, service, repair, and replace engine, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and related components.
• Test equipment after repairs to verify functionality and quality of work.
• Document labor, parts, and repairs through service records and work orders.
• Maintain tools, shop equipment, and workspace in a safe, organized condition.
