Job summary

Matter Management Enterprises, LLC in Georgia is recruiting a Diesel Shop - Parts and Inventory Specialist to manage the parts department, maintain stock levels, and ensure on-time availability for technicians.

You will coordinate with suppliers, organize storage, train staff, and analyze sales trends to optimize inventory. Prior experience in automotive/diesel parts and familiarity with Dossier or Trux software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in parts management, preferably in the automotive or diesel industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers to order parts and negotiate pricing.
• Maintain an organized and efficient parts department, including proper storage and labeling of parts.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting technicians and mechanics in identifying and sourcing the correct parts.
• Monitor and analyze sales trends to optimize inventory management and reduce excess stock.
• Train and supervise parts department staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols within the parts department.
• Manage our Dossier Truck Software
