Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on diesel trucks and related equipment to manufacturer and company standards.
Inspect vehicles, identify mechanical and electrical issues, and complete preventative maintenance services.
Carry out repairs to engines, transmissions, braking systems, and other components.
Document work performed; maintain clean, safe work areas; use diagnostic software and tools.
Collaborate with service advisors, explain findings, and support accurate estimates.
Assist with on-site field service and customer interactions as needed.
