Qualifications

• ASE certifications preferred.
• Experience with an OEM certified dealer.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and schematics.
• Strong independent problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism and polite demeanor toward staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs including accurate diagnostics.
• Complete Digital MPI Inspections with videos and pictures ethically and suggest solutions.
• Complete warranty repairs and maintenance in compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate effectively with staff regarding vehicle repair status.
• Stay up-to-date with required OEM training.
• Stay active in the shop and work proficiently to complete vehicles for our customers in the expected repair time window.
