Empire Truck Sales, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to advance diagnostic skills and perform routine repairs on medium- and heavy-duty trucks. You will work with brake, steering, and electrical systems, conduct PMs and annual inspections, and document repairs clearly.

Applicants should have 2+ years of hands-on diesel repair experience, knowledge of air brake and electrical systems, and familiarity with diagnostic software. Travel and DTNA certifications are valued assets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience repairing medium-/heavy-duty trucks or diesel equipment
• Basic diagnostic ability with supervision; willingness to expand skills
• Familiarity with air brake systems, 12V electrical circuits, and wiring diagrams
• Able to read fault codes and perform repairs per procedures and diagrams

Responsabilités

• Perform routine repairs on brakes, suspension, steering, cooling, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Complete preventive maintenance and federal annual inspections accurately
• Use Detroit DiagnosticLink and Cummins INSITE for fault code reading and troubleshooting
• Replace starters, alternators, water pumps, air compressors, and air valves
• Document complaint, cause, and correction on repair orders, including warranty work
