Responsibilities

• Receives repair order assignments and follows instructions.
• Executes work thoroughly and efficiently on repair orders.
• Maintains high workmanship standards across services.
• Advises on recommended changes in services to customer and Shop Foreman.
• Communicates additional repair recommendations to Shop Foreman.
• Maintains training and experience with equipment and servicing techniques.
• Attends required training sessions.
• Performs additional repairs if customer equipment is returned due to technician's workmanship.
• Keeps accurate work order records and time clocked on jobs.
