Job summary

The Larson Group Peterbilt is seeking an experienced Diesel Service Technician to join our team. This role performs all functions of a fully qualified heavy-duty truck repair mechanic under minimal supervision and emphasizes safety and quality workmanship.

The position requires class A CDL (or ability to obtain) and offers opportunities for career development with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and on-time repairs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required or equivalent.
• Trade school certificate/degree preferred but not required.
• CDL Class A required or obtainable during employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and mechanical repairs on heavy-duty trucks and related components.
• Follow safety rules and company policies at all times.
• Communicate with Service Foreman about parts availability and repair steps.
• Document troubleshooting steps, repairs, and test results in the system.
