Job summary

The Pete Store LLC is seeking a skilled diesel technician to repair and maintain diesel engine industrial trucks in Gainesville, VA. You’ll perform repairs per dealer and factory specs, diagnose issues, and ensure parts are sourced efficiently. Candidates should have at least two years of related experience, with strong technical knowledge and commitment to safety. CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience and/or training or equivalent education.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety rules.
• CDL preferred for some roles (not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains diesel engine industrial trucks per dealership and factory specs.
• Performs work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnoses malfunctions and performs repairs.
• Communicates with parts dept to obtain needed parts.
• Documents work performed and recommendations on the repair order.
