Ascendance Truck Centers is seeking an experienced Service Technician to perform maintenance and repair work on trucks and equipment. The role emphasizes safety, accurate diagnostics, and adherence to customer service standards in a dealership environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of fleet or dealership experience and relevant ASE/Cdl credentials. This is a full-time on-site position offering growth opportunities within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years fleet or dealership experience.
• ASE certification preferred.
• CDL preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
• Read job order, observe and listen to vehicle operation to determine malfunction and plan work procedures.
• Follow checklists to ensure critical parts are examined.
• Inspect guards, bolts, and safety devices and adjust as needed.
• Test-drive vehicles to ensure smooth operation.
• Tag warranty parts and returns to warranty clerk.
• Attend training classes and stay updated with factory bulletins.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase satisfaction.
