Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Lenexa, KS is seeking a skilled Semi Trailer & Diesel Mechanic to keep our fleet in top condition. You’ll perform maintenance on diesel engines and semi-trailer systems, diagnose issues, and ensure safety and reliability of every vehicle.

This hands-on role requires a high school diploma (technical diesel degree preferred), proven mechanic experience, ability to read manuals and schematics, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in diesel mechanics preferred.
• Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and semi-trailer systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on semi-trailers and diesel engines.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Inspect and test vehicle systems, including brakes, steering, and suspension.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
