Airoldi Brothers, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a reliable diesel mechanic to join our team on the 4:00 PM–12:00 AM shift. You will inspect, repair, and overhaul heavy-duty engines and related systems, and perform preventative maintenance to keep fleets on the road.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED equivalent.
• 0–5 years' diesel mechanic experience.
• EPA 608 Certification.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Strong diagnostic aptitude.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Inspect mechanical components of vehicles to identify problems.
• Overhaul and repair heavy-duty engines, clutches, transmissions, differentials, and power systems.
• Install engines and transmissions and other components.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Submit technical reports and documentation as required by manufacturers.
• Operate equipment to demonstrate function or malfunction.
• Replace worn/defective parts and rewire systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment operation problems.
• Adhere to safety and EPA regulations.
