Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; diesel technology or related technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on diesel technician or warranty-related experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and fuel-system components is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and document returned warranty products and components.
• Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of diesel fuel-system components.
• Read drawings, schematics, specifications, and service documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams on corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate warranty records and traceability.
