Job summary

Prevailance, Inc. seeks a LCS/MCM Diesel Main Propulsion and Control Systems SME to support CNSP as part of the RATT. The role provides expert guidance on diesel propulsion plants, generators, and control systems, working directly with shipboard personnel to strengthen technical readiness.

The position requires 15+ years of supervisory watchstanding experience, prior EOOW/Chief Engineer roles, and willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS for shipboard visits. A SECRET clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of supervisory watchstanding on warships with diesel propulsion.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on diesel propulsion and related systems to CNSP.
• Provide hands-on support and training during shipboard RATT visits.
• Improve operations and maintenance practices and engineering readiness.
• Coordinate extensive travel for shipboard assessments and visits.
